Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-Hour Notice: I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Tina’s Discretion: I understand life is unpredictable. In cases of unforeseen emergencies or sudden illness, rescheduling is at my discretion. I am happy to be flexible for genuine emergencies. Provider Illness: If I am unwell and unable to hold the session, I will offer you the choice of a full refund or a priority reschedule. Refund Policy The 10-Minute Guarantee: If I feel a clear connection cannot be established within the first 10 minutes of a reading, I will call the session off. In this rare instance, I will offer you a full refund or a reschedule. Final Sale: Once a session passes the 10-minute mark or is completed, no refunds will be issued.
